What you are buying
What does one unlock cover?
One property. The unlock is tied to the lot the plan is drawn on: you can keep editing that drawing — add the shed, move the fence, fix a dimension — and re-print it as many times as you need, with no expiry. Moving the plan to a different property is refused; the editor offers to start a new plan with your drawing instead, and that plan has its own unlock.
Do I need an account or a verified email?
Not to draw. To save plans you need a free account, and to print, export or check out you need to confirm your email address once — the sheet carries your details and the receipt goes there.
Can I pay before I have drawn anything?
Yes. Sign in and buy unlocks ahead: they wait on your account, never expire, and each one unlocks any plan you choose later — the same as buying that plan on its own.
Can I get a refund?
If you bought an unlock by mistake and have not printed or exported that plan, we will refund it, and unused prepaid unlocks are refundable any time. Anything else we handle case by case — email easyplotplan@gmail.com with your PayPal receipt. A refunded plan locks again: printing and export stop, and the drawing stays yours.
How does Pro billing work?
Pro is a PayPal subscription that renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account page (or from PayPal); no further charges are made and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Will my county accept it?
For most residential over-the-counter permits — sheds, fences, decks, pools, demolitions — departments accept owner-drawn plot plans that are to scale and dimensioned. Where a stamped survey is required (a setback that is tight, new primary construction, a lot split), a plot plan is not a substitute. Check with your permit counter before you pay if unsure; drawing is free.
